Konnect Kore is the company behind four live platforms (Foster Konnect, Care Konnect, Case Konnect and Community Konnect), all on one engine and one login. It was built in Texas by people who run licensed agencies, and every agency's platform is set up around the requirements of the state it's licensed in.
Every Konnect runs on the same engine. Staff switch between products from the sidebar, and each one uses the language of the work it supports: children and foster homes in one, residents and shifts in another.
Case management and licensing compliance for foster care and residential services for children: CPAs, GROs, SIL and RTCs.
Built with T3C, 748 & 749 Explore Foster Konnect →
For adult residential settings: IDD homes, adult foster care, host homes, women's shelters and veteran housing.
State compliance incorporated Explore Care Konnect →
Case management for any nonprofit that tracks clients, services, goals and documents, without the licensing overhead.
State compliance incorporated Explore Case Konnect →
For membership, volunteer and participation programs: the people who take part, show up and give.
State compliance incorporated Explore Community Konnect →These modules are live in the platform today.
One organization, many operations. Track each CPA, GRO or SIL with its permit number, administrator and headcounts.
Onboarding through termination, with ratio dates, criminal history checks, schedules, training and document status on every file.
Home studies, household members, pets, vehicles, placements, monitoring and transfer or closure, with open beds counted for you.
From referral through placement, discharge and aftercare: intake, medical, service plans, safety plans, school, legal, incidents and monthly notes.
Every document and training requirement sorted into overdue, due soon, pending approval and pending signature.
Hundreds of document types, each with its own due date, expiration, visibility and signature rules that you set.
A template library by category, plus a builder for your own. Filter, view and export results from the reports dashboard.
Build your own forms without writing code, and keep them inside the record they belong to.
Compose messages from the platform and keep a log of what went out, to whom and when.
Ask your data a question in plain English and get an answer, without building a report first.
Assign required trainings, host courses and track completion for staff and caregivers alongside their compliance status.
Roles, bundles and role packs decide who sees which records, documents and entities.
Your program director wants to know whose monthly notes are missing. Your licensing lead wants every service plan that's past due. Type the question and the assistant pulls the answer from your own records.
It only sees what the person asking is allowed to see.
Licensing standards and contract requirements change from state to state. Konnect Kore doesn't hard-code one state's rules into the software. It runs on a requirements layer that holds your state's document types, review schedules, training hours and signature rules, and compliance tracking reads from it. Change a requirement and every due date that depends on it changes too.
During onboarding we go through your state's licensing standards and your funder's contract requirements, then list every document, visit, review and training they call for.
Each requirement gets a due date, an expiration, a visibility rule and a signature rule. Your entity types, terms and forms are set to match the way your state licenses you.
Every requirement shows as overdue, due soon, pending approval or pending signature, agency-wide or by case manager. When the standards change, we update the rules.
Foster Konnect is built with the T3C system and Minimum Standards Chapters 748 and 749. The document types, due dates and record tabs Texas CPAs, GROs and SIL programs are reviewed against come loaded on day one.
Each platform is set up with the licensing and contract requirements that apply to your program in your state, before your staff ever log in.
How state requirements work →An onboarding specialist walks your staff through each step, using your own documents and roster.
We configure roles, permissions, document types and due dates to match how your agency actually runs.
Training for your team at launch, then ongoing support as standards and contracts change.
Streamline operations. Strengthen compliance. Serve more people.
