Compliance & security

Your agency holds the license. We keep the evidence ready.

No software makes an agency compliant, and no vendor can be T3C credentialed for you. What Konnect Kore does is keep every document, training and due date your state asks you to show in one place, current and ready to export. Foster Konnect is built with T3C and Chapters 748 and 749. Care, Case and Community Konnect have state compliance incorporated for the programs they serve.

Built on your state's requirements

How state requirements get into the platform

Compliance in Konnect Kore runs from a set of requirement rules, not from code. That's what lets one platform serve a Texas GRO and a program licensed somewhere else, each tracked against its own standards.

Care, Case & Community Konnect: state compliance incorporated

Care Konnect

State licensing requirements for adult residential programs and host homes, incorporated into resident records, shift notes, medications and staff files.

Case Konnect

The state and contract requirements your case management program reports against, incorporated into client files, services and documentation.

Community Konnect

State requirements for volunteers, participants and program records, incorporated into sign-ups, attendance and reporting.

Reminders before it's a citation

Due dates come from your own document rules, so the compliance list is always built from the requirements you set. Items move from Due Soon to Overdue on their own, and anything waiting on a supervisor or a signature has its own bucket.

When a monitor asks for proof, Download All gives you the list as it stands that day.

Security

You hold records on children, adults with disabilities and families in crisis. Here's how we protect them.

Role-based access

Roles, bundles and role packs limit each person to the entities, records and actions their job needs.

Document permissions

Visibility is set per document type, so a foster parent never sees a staff background check.

Careful onboarding

Sensitive identifiers like Social Security numbers are entered directly in the application after go-live, never passed around in import spreadsheets.

You didn't go into this work to do paperwork.
